In addition to Havila Ariel, Havila Holding has invested in property through Siva Sunnmøre AS and Phanteon Eiendom AS. Siva Sunnmøre owns a combined commercial and office building at Mjølstadneset, while Phanteon Eiendom owns a parcel of land for commercial development in the east of Norway.
