Havila Holding is the data controller in relation to processing personal data. Providing personal information is voluntary, and only relevant data will be processed and stored. You may at any time request access to your personal data or ask for its deletion, unless this is prohibited by law or regulation.

Havila Holding’s liability does not apply to personal data obtained from third parties, unless disclosed.

Personal information provided in connection with sponsorships or other social/cultural beneficiaries, will be stored for up to 24 months. Personal information such as name, addresse, phone number, and email address may be collected.  When completing forms on Havila’s website you must give consent for such data to be stored.  

Inquiries directed through our website by email or other forms of communication, including social media, result in personal data such as name, email address, phone number, and address to be stored for up to 24 months, unless subject to law or regulations which dictate otherwise.  

Whilst visiting Havila’s web pages your IP-address is not saved, and Cookies are not used. 

To ensure safe processing of personal information, only a select few will have access to your personal data. And no information is shared with third parties without your consent.
