Havilafjord is the company through which Havila Holding controls its interests in Fjord1 ASA. Havila Holding took over all the shares in Fjord1 in 2014, and later floated it on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Havila is the majority shareholder in Fjord1, which also gives it ownership of Fjord Tours and The Fjords, in addition to Widerøe through WF Holding AS.
